9. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched from Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

We may use logistics and courier services including Delhivery and Shiprocket, depending on destination, serviceability and operational availability.

Dispatch Schedule

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM are generally processed for same-day dispatch.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM are generally processed for dispatch on the next working day.
• Sunday is a non-dispatch day.

Estimated Delivery

After dispatch, orders generally take approximately 2–7 business days to reach most serviceable locations across India.

Orders going to nearby locations, including locations around Bangalore, may arrive sooner.

Actual delivery time may depend on destination pincode, courier service, serviceability, weather, holidays, logistics conditions and other circumstances outside our direct control.

Shipping Charge

A flat shipping charge of ₹99 may apply unless a different shipping offer is displayed during checkout.

10. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Return Window

Eligible return or exchange requests must generally be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Cosmetic Products

Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal-care products, opened, used or tampered cosmetic products are generally not eligible for return.

Wrong Product

If you receive a product that is different from the product ordered, please contact us within the applicable return window.

After verification and approval, the wrong product may be exchanged, and the applicable return shipping for the verified wrong-product case will be handled by us.

Expired or Defective Product

If a product is received expired or has a verified manufacturing or product defect, please contact us promptly with supporting photographs and information.

Where the claim is verified and approved, an eligible refund or resolution may be provided.

Change of Mind
